To begin with, you need to call on 14546 from your BSNL number. It is a toll-free number, so you don’t have to worry about call charges.
You need to select your desired language and confirm.
You will then need to enter the 12-digit Aadhaar number. The IVR will repeat the number you entered, and if that is correct press 1. In case you entered a wrong number, press 2 to re-enter the number.
After you confirm the number, a 6-digit banOTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. You need to enter this number for the authentication.
Once successfully authenticated, your details will be verified in the next 48 hours, and if they match, your BSNL mobile number will be linked with Aadhaar. The process is that simple.
