Canon has announced two new digital SLR cameras. It is known as the Canon T3i and the T3.
The T3i is a step up from the Canon T2i that launched last year. It has an 18 megapixel CMOS sensor similar to what is found in the EOS 550D, 60D and 7D although Photo Radar comment that the sensor is slightly different although it’s unclear in what ways.

The Canon T3i have a LCD screen that can move out and swivel around for times when the camera needs to be held low or high, or at some obscure angle. This particular model sits at the top of the entry-level stack of cameras while the Canon T3 is designed more for beginners to use.

on the side of features T3i/D600 include ISO range of 100 to 6400. For storage it can use SD/SDHC or SDXC cards. It has integrated speedlite settings that is compatible with new speedlites that were also announced today. The camera also uses the common DIGIC 4 imaging processor. Price wise, it costs $799 and will launch in March. That price is for the body only. The T3i with the kit lens costs $899.99 where you get the usual 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II zoom lens. The release date is March.

It has a lower price tag of $599.99 for the kit version with the same lens as the model above. This particular model has a 12.2 megapixel CMOS sensor and also uses the DIGIC 4 image processor. this is an entry-level camera.
